Chapter Three — Starzianna
The girl wore long suede boots and a tight zippered sweater; her hands rested lightly in the pockets. She wore fitted jeans, and hanging from their left belt loop was a curious chain, where keys, dice, and an outlandish toy—kidlike, with strange symbol printed in bright happy colors around its circumference were left hung by its bind. She had long white-blonde hair and a longish face, whereby from the tilt of her brow and the twinkle in her eye the girl seemed to laugh down upon everything, and the world below the buckles of her tinted grey boots—all giving Jayda the wary feeling that once involved, there was no going back. A few moments passed before the girl spoke, breaking the ice with both precision and clarity.
“Hi, I’m Starzianna.” A smile hidden deep behind the corners of her mouth concealed none of her amusement. There was a pause.
Be careful with the description, at the moment it is almost a "police report description" where nearly every aspect of clothing is described. The rest of it is quite good, though. Although the double dashes aren't really needed. I like your writing style though, it keeps me interested.
