Planted Fish Tank?

do you think i will be able to grow a nice lush planted 55 gallon tank with a nova extreme 110 watt t5 light and inch of eco complete substrate and then an inch if white fine gravel. A presurized co2 system with a red sea 500 reactor and 10lb co2 tankwith a milwaukie co2 regulator? How many co2 bubbles should a send a minute to the reactor? It will be hevily planted. im using 2 pengiun 350 power filters and i have my lights on a timer 13 hours a day and ill have my co2 system on the same timer as the lights. ill have a air bubble wand that will turn on at night when the plants and fish need oxygen. i keep the water at 79.0*F and my ph stays at around 6.2 to 7.0.This is the plant package i bought

The substrate and lighting sound great. My only concern is the filtration. The BioWheels are specifically designed to oxygenate the water, and, in the process, they remove CO2. So, any CO2 you inject into the tank will almost immediately be released into the air by the filters. Unless you want to deal with massive amounts of algae, it would be best to cut the lighting back to about 10-12 hours a day. If you keep the BioWheels, you'll want about 10-15, WELL DIFFUSED bubbles per minute of CO2. If you ditch the BioWheels for a filter that doesn't agitate the surface as much, you could drop it down to between 2-5 bubbles per minute...
