My city's police department recently got new strobes for all of their patrol cars. They are entirely blue and are high-powered strobes that completely blind anyone looking at them. I mean, even the strobes at dance clubs aren't like that.
What I want to know is whether or not there is documentation of anyone having a seizure or having a wreck because of the intensity of the lights. I was driving past a cop last night who had pulled someone over and the lights almost blinded me and I could have easily been distracted and wrecked had I been a little more tired.
