Do you like these lyrics/poem?
I was feeling mad depressed about my long distance love, and i wrote this down out of nowhere. Haha, i was just wondering if anyone thought it was alright? I'm not a master lyricist, but i kinda like how it sounds. I think I'm gonna call it Wish you were Here.
A wishing dandelion,
a shooting star in the sky,
11:11 PM,
A lash from the eye.

I could wish for a million things right now,
All revolving around you.

whisk me off my feet.

say its me who makes your heart beat.

kiss me in the rain.

aide in easing my pain.
Drive two hours to my house,
just for one embrace.
Express how much you miss me,
wipe the tears from my face.
But those are not my wishes.
I just want you near.
Not confessing, not hugging,
I just wish you were...here.
It's not bad.. It might hover a little to close to cliche though. And please don't name it Wish You Were Here. That's a Pink Floyd song.
