Guitar songs for 1 week player? [beginner!]
I've learned twinkle twinkle little star [by myself, NO tabs AT ALL, yay!] and hot cross buns and mary had a little lamb and happy birthday...I learned to play them by plucking single notes not strumming chords. im gonna learn happy birthday strumming...i just got down the intro to the song never too late by three days grace. am i fast, slow, or normal speed learner for what ive learned in one week?
on my own too.. its hard but i love it. what should i learn? im trying to learn the rhythm guitar part to good riddance by green day too...its sounds ok so far...
yes i love that song by avril, although i cant seem to get the F#m chord right, i suck at barring!

G, C2, Em, C, D7, D, A, B, F#m aka Gflatm [im having trouble with that last one...]
are you into avril lavigne? when i was trying to learn to play a guitar, i picked playing avril's song "nobody's home". it's really managable to play, chords just repeats... try playing it, you'll enjoy. =)
