I recently cleaned my xbox(iv done it plenty of times cuzz its an old system. like 20 times) but this time I cant get the damn dvd drive to recieve power(the laser wont turn on), and I get a red light that sometimes flashes but its been open so I cant send it in to microsoft but Iv got way too much data on my hard drive to junk the whole unit(all the halo 2 maps off live, all xbox system updates, ect) AND my system has xbox live for 12 months that I just got 5 days ago and I bought a headset off ebay about a week and a halph ago so im pretty much screwed if I need to get a new system. Any help would be so greatly appreciated. thank you so much.
