I want the move Bone Rush for him is it even that good? If so should I will only take off Flash Cannon for it. Just tell me if Bone Rush is actually a good move.
Weavile LVL 65 @ Nevermeltice

-Night Slash

I know Milotic and Electivire aren't that high i'm raising them!

Ok, where to start? Never have two of the same move types for the same Pokemon! Here are new move sets for each.
Gallade- Pscho Cut, Leaf Blade, Night Slash, Close Combat
Roserade- Toxic, Energy Ball, Sludge Bomb, Facade
Milotic- Surf, Avalanche, Recover, Mirror Coat
Electivire- Cross Chop, Thunderbolt, Giga Impact, Charge
Lucario- Extremespeed, Swords Dance, Close Combat, Earthquake
Weavile- Agility, Night Slash, Poison Jab, Ice Punch
This is a slightly better move set for your Pokemon. Good job on the items by the way. And in answer to your P.S., no, don't teach Lucario Bone Rush. It's a ground typed move that is a repeated attack. It is okay early in the game but not later. Earthquake is much better.
