Can anyone help with acne skin problems?
OK, so I'm 23 and have the skin of a 13 year old (in a bad way! haha!) It's not massively greasy, and that's not a worry either way, but I get a LOT of spots, I guess it classes as adult acne. I get huge spots that erupt on my forehead and chin along with medium spots, tiny, rash like spots and the ubiquitous blackheads. This doesn't happen at any particular time of the month/when I'm stressed etc, it just happens all the time! I spend a fortune on skincare and nothing, thus far, has helped. I'm getting to the end of my tether and am thinking of trying light laser therapy to get rid! So my question is, has anyone found a miracle cure/something that's worked very well for them; or have you had laser therapy and can comment on the effectiveness of that?

I am a skin care specialist and professional makeup artist. I have used so many products in the past and have also had no results (at least not good ones) I have used Proactive, Murad, celebrity brands, store brands, salon brands etc... Nothing worked. After getting into the skincare industry and learning so much about chemicals and how your skin reacts to them, lets just say I learned a lot. SO many of these products that claim to help you actually do some destructive damage to your skin. Things like proactive are loaded with toxic chemicals that can seriously irritate the skin and leave you red, dry and itchy and stil with acne! You should never use soap on your skin (cleansers etc) They throw off the acid mantle of the skin leaving you once again dry and itchy and with acne, its not good. What HAS worked for me and still amazes me to this day is the Faerie Organic "Get Glowing" Acne Kit. This is Awesome especially on adult acne. It comes with a 3 step system. 1)cleansing grains (not soap) a chemical free product. They are a mixture of purifying clays, herbs and grains that exfoliate the skin leaving it glowy-not dry and irritated. 2)Acne Serum- this is awesome on acne! I put it on and by morning the pimple is either gone or very close to it. I have not had a painful pimple since I started this kit.
