My Mighty Mouse is herky-jerky when I use it with my Mac Mini.?
When I use my Mighty Mouse with my Mac, I feel as if I am "washing" the surface of my mouse pad to make the cursor move. I have it set at the fastest speed, but I have to "scrub" and "scrub" sometimes to get it to move. At times it moves just fine, but then goes back to its herky-jerky movement. Please advise.
Try grabbing a piece of white printer paper and putting it over your mousepad. Does the cursor move correctly now? Then it's the texture or the picture on your mousepad. Get something plain.
No effect? turn your mouse over and take a moist Qtip and clean out any gunk in there.
