Will this be bright enough?
I'm going to change out the front LEDs on my NZXT Tempest EVO case and I bought some red 3mm 8000-10000mcd LEDs on eBay and they weren't bright enough.
Here is a picture of what they look like in the case:

The LED is only able to shine about half way up the bar and then it quickly fades.
I was looking at some red 3mm 15000mcd LEDs and I was wondering if you guys think those will be bright enough.

Yes, I am running them at the proper current. The blue LEDs came with the case and I know they're running at more than 10000mcd. I never actually wired the red LED to my case which might be why it isn't as bright (I just connected it to a battery and put it in the case to see if it would be bright enough).
The 15000mcd leds are about 1.5 times as bright as the 8,000, they will be brighter, the ultimate question is how bright do you need them.
