do they make switches that can be wired with multiple lights in order to rotate power to one at a time?
i wish to construct a lamp out of a hollowed branch with multiple Mini LED lights of different colors. the LED lights come without a plug and need to be wired to a 12 VDC source. Would it be possible to wire them all to the same plug with a rotational switch so that I could switch power to different lights to get different colors at different times?
If so where can I find this?
Yes - that is a very straightforward thing to do. If there are n sets of lights you need a 1-pole, n-way switch. You can find several suitable types here -

The listed type include these; in the multipole types you can use just one pole -
1 Pole 12 way: FF73Q
2 Pole 6 way: FF74R
3 pole 4 way: FF75S
4 pole 3 way: FF76H
The first on the list would suit you well. This type of switch usually has a moveable stop, so that if you want fewer than 12 positions you can move the stop so as to restrict the range of movement to suit your application.
If you want to do this automatically so that the light flash from one colour to another, you could use some CMOS logic (e.g. a johnson counter), some emitter follower amplifiers and a 555 timer. But this might be going beyond your present need.
