what is a good theme for a sweet 16?
alright well all of my friends sweet 16's have been pretty lame this year. And i want to show them all up and have a freekin sick party. So i'm getting a DJ, a projector that plays music videos and strobe/black/disco lights. I have a huge house so the party is going to be in my backyard. so whats a good theme for this?
You could do a few things. My first idea is an all-white party. Everything (aside from the food/drinks) should be white. I will look so cool to have the black lights, strobe lights, etc. Everyone at your party much wear white clothing.
Another idea is a swanky fete party. organize a formal affair that boasts plenty of elegant and impressive touches.
Let guests know that it won't be just a casual get-together by sending out formal birthday invitations. Look for invitations that feature high-quality paper and calligraphy. Inform guests that formal attire is required so they'll know to dress up.
Before partygoers arrive, fill your party space will ornate birthday decorations like silver, black and white birthday balloons, streamers and plenty of candles.
Of course, a very fancy party requires a very fancy cake. Choose a tiered, frosted confection from your local bakery. Serve non-alcoholic drinks like cranberry lime sparklers in champagne glasses.
