I am making a short cartoon movie about great escape. Its like about a guy escaping a nazi camp. I need to find a way of creating a projector light (a beam of light) as simple as possible, that is moving around in space. So the stream of light would be coming from my watch tower and that point wont move, but the bottom part, like where the light hits the ground and spreads out,(so the light shape is king of like a cone) will move around. And i will place text at its end, kind of like its revealing it. Thanks a lot. I also need a way to show like when light goes over text , it reveals , but as soon as parts of it moves away, that part of text goes in shadow. For some reason my trial version of AE doesnt have cc particular (trapcode).
