BlackBerry Help Please!!!?
My BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220 got an "SOS" sim card error like it usually does so i just pull the battery and sim card out like always. BUT this time when i put it back together, my phone didnt turn on and the red LED light just blinked on and off. It doesn't seem to be showing any means of life. There is no white screen, just the red light...
I have tried plugin it into my computer without a battery and nothing happens.
I have also tried the app loader to reboot my OS (when i Googled this problem, there were many sites that told me that the OS was messed and to reboot it) and when this reached the device initialization stage, the process failed...
I tried bringing it back to the dealer and they looked at the battery and said the warranty is voided because of water damage. I am very cautious with my phone and have never gotten it wet...
Is there anything i can do? Please help

Depends on what stage of the OS reload it failed at. I've used lots of programs like BlackBerry Master Control Panel, JL_Cmder, BBSAK and some others.
Send me an e-mail with how far you got an what programs you used and I'll see if I can help you some more.
I've had an issue one time where the computer wasn't able to connect to the boot rom on the phone. I had to use my Windows XP 32-bit hard drive to get it to work. I run off my Windows 7 64-bit most of the time and I find lots of tools don't like to work properly on the 64-bit system.
