Stage Lighting And Effects Equipment

Light hurts my eyes, I am sensitive to sounds (even quiet ones hurt my ears) and smells. When I go outside/well-lit area without my sunglasses 9or sometimes even with), my eyes hurt and I get a very bad headache, after some time it seems to pass away but then it comes back also with a stomach ache. The only way I have found to 'cure' this is to lock myself in a completely dark room (closed windows & door, no lamps on or candles burning etc) and go to sleep.

I have this almost every day, even right now typing this my eyes hurt from the light from the computer screen. I have gotten used to my eyes hurting so much that I don't really notice it when its not really bad.

What is it? (Oh, and its not a migraine)
