Why am I dehydrated all the time?
When I use to drink a liter of water i could feel it get into my system and give me extra energy, and I wouldn't take a pee for a good 3 hrs and it would be clear. Now when I drink water, I pee clear liquid out right away, and 2 hrs later I take a dark yellow pee. My throat, tounge and mouth is always dry, and It feels like I can't catch my breath sometimes. When I drink fluids all day, it doesn't seem to work, than when I sleep for 6-10 hrs at night, when I wake up, I'm even more dehydrated and I take a super concentrated darkest yellow pee.
Sorry for the term pee! ha
I have a really weak pulse now all the time as well, and with being dehydrated i get episodes of feeling like im going to pass out, I pretty much get all the dehydration symptoms all the time, sometimes feels like im going to go into convulsions.
PS. MY blood sugar test came back normal
Well you should go see your doctor for shure but if your blood test came back normal so you dont have diabetes thats weird?
