is it possible to use yellow led strips as indicators ?

is it possible to connect it to my indicator wiring, to make it flash like an indicator would. Instead of a bulb?

If you intend to substitute the leds for the car's indicators it will fail the mot. If it is in addition to the existing indicators you will probably need a heavy duty flasher unit to cope with the extra demand. If you don't change the flasher unit your indicators may not work at all or they may flash below the minimum rate of 60 per minute.
