Here in Singapore, we need a license to use flames indoors for entertainment purposes. I'm a lighting designer from a church and we are recreating a hell scene for easter drama. I would like to have fire shooting out from the floor effect but i cannot afford to get the licensing for real fire. Do you guys know of any alternatives? I know of a place which shoots out large droplets of water and shines orangey reddish yellow light thru it to create lava effect. that's nice. thanks
see i dont know if it will be possible for you to arrange it or not ... but once in a stage perfrmance i saw ppl had placed small table fans facing the sky ... throughout the side cloth like material of orange red and yellow colors were attatched... so when the fans are on the materials being light start floating above it as if like flames .. u could use some lights too!!
