Where do I start with hooking up intelligent lighting for parties?
I throw a lot of big parties at my house. I have a really nice sound system, but I'm lacking a cool lighting setup. I would like to have a lighting system that went with the music, like a sound activation, or at least something where I could control everything at once or from one area. I'm looking to just hook up strobes, lasers, possibly black lights. I see all this stuff about controllers, DMX, channels, chasers, etc. and I'm very lost. Any help is greatly appreciated.
