Do you know of a small christmas light controller without music?
I'm looking for a small device that only needs to control two of three strings of christmas lights that makes them appear to twinkle. I found one on ebay last year, but I can't seem to find them now. I'm using led lights so I can't just add a twinkle bulb to the string as far as I know.
