How I can make similar color strip with photoshop? http://veerle.duoh.com/graphics/colorstrip.gif?
The Gradient Tool (press G) can make this kind of strip.
1. Draw a rectangle with the Rectangular Marquee Tool.
2. Select the Gradient Tool (it might be hiding under the Paint Bucket Tool).
3. Click the Linear Gradient icon in the upper toolbar.
4. Double click the gradient box in the upper toolbar to open the Gradient Editor.
5. In the Gradient Editor, if you want to manually make a color strip, click just below the large color bar to add little color boxes. Double click each little color box to pick the color you want. Use Gradient Type = Solid for this.
6. If you want Photoshop to make a color strip for you, use Gradient Type = Noise. Then adjust the Roughness and the color sliders.
7. Once you've got the gradient adjusted, draw inside the rectangle you made earlier to apply the gradient.
