My room is fairly small, but are there any color changing LEDS that would fit in my standard light bulb socket and illuminate my room? Preferably something not too expensive.
Try electronics shops or search for "ambient light" cause I do not know where you live. I am having the first model Philips Living Colors, the one that can do white light very good also. The lights that you mean do not produce enough light to be able to shine on anything. You will be better off with one or two spheres on batteries or a lamp with a screen that turns at the heat of the light, made for little kids. I had an old one and I liked it. The color changing effect of the Living Colors is way too quick and drives me crazy. I can not seem to separate the colors this way and only notice it go bright and dim. For a pleasing effect color changing has to be very slow. Buying in a shop would therefor be an advantage. Just some thoughts. Alfred
