How to replace bulb for a flush mount ceiling light with glass dome held up by 3 clamp and no screws anywhe?

This looks exactly like fixtures I had in my previous condo. If it is the same then one of those clamps is not rigid. It is on a spring and can be pulled out slightly, releasing that side of the glass dome and allowing you to remove it. It is a bit awkward so be careful to hold the glass dome securely so it doesn't fall!
To replace the dome, simply pull the clamp out again, slide the dome into the other 2 clamps and allow the retractable one to go back. Make sure the glass dome is securely held by all 3 before letting go !
